As we navigate our way slowly our of Covid Lockdown, we need to take a bit of time to readjust. I know for myself it felt quite odd to be sitting at the front of a group of people (with bodies rather than rectangular shapes) after moving back to in person classes again after nearly a year and a half of teaching online! I felt quite exposed and it was odd to be able to see peoples arms and legs more fully!
But things are constantly shifting and we are really having to learn the art of adjusting and readjusting to these shifting and changing times. So both my mindfulness and yoga practices have been invaluable during these times as they help me to stay anchored during these shifting moments.
So I feel really pleased to be able to offer a wider range of sessions to meet the changing need at this moment of in person and online classes and workshops. In addition I am running a Mindfulness Retreat Day in November and am part of a Yoga and Creativity Camping/Glamping Weekend in September. These should allow time and space to really be in the moment, connect with ourselves and be more anchored which can serve us so well.
I feel very fortunate to have made connections with Bristol Folk House where I have been running a number of online workshops and courses relating to both yoga, mindfulness and Yoga Nidra. I have another Yoga Nidra Workshop taking place in person in October. I am also dye to run a five-week Yoga Course online for the Bristol Folk House starting in September.
So lots to look forward to! Please have a look around at these various options and book in whatever is of interest to you as it can be helpful to have a scaffold of routine things to frame our lives around.
