A seven week course that explores the Chakras. The Chakras are the energy centres within yoga and Ayurvedic philosophy. In order to have a balanced health and wellness of the body, mind and heart, then we need to have balance between the 7 Chakras. In this course we will explore each of the Chakras in turn. We will practice te yoga postures connected with each Chakra, sit with the Mudra (hand gesture) and explore the psychological aspect of each Chakra. In this way the sessions build upon each other and by the end of the course we will have the tools to balance the Chakras in order to feel more balanced, rooted and connected.
