Due to the advice by the Government, I have started to teach some classes in person again! They either take place outside (weather permitting with 5 participants) or in a covid secure venue with the numbers determined by the size of the room.
Through this challenging time I also want to be able to serve the community at large through yoga and mindfulness to ensure we can remain grounded, healthy and well during times that may feel difficult, isolating and confusing. So I am running Mindfulness Support Sessions and a variety of in-person and zoom yoga sessions to try to meet everyone's need.
In the meantime I have set up a Blog to support with hints and tips on how to keep grounded during these turbulent times. I have also created a YouTube Channel where you can subscribe and be kept up to date with my regular online tutoring, live sessions, video clips and tips.
