Due to the advice by the Government on the 16th March, I have taken the sad decision to cancel current classes, courses and workshops in their current format.
Though classes are not able to run, I still want to be able to serve the community at large through yoga and mindfulness to ensure we can remain grounded, healthy and well during times that may feel difficult, isolating and confusing.
I will either offer virtual online teaching for the remainder of the current courses or I will postpone teaching until May or Sept 2020. I plan to reassess the situation after the Easter holidays and will keep you up to date as to any further decisions made.
In the meantime I have set up a Blog to support with hints and tips on how to keep grounded during these turbulent times. I have also created a YouTube Channel where you can subscribe and be kept up to date with my regular online tutoring, live sessions, video clips and tips.
