Chakra Course

An online course made up of seven sessions.  Each session explores one of the seven Chakras.  The Chakras are the energy centres that lie along the length of the spine and form the basis of both yogic and Ayurvedic Philosophy.  

In each session you will practice elements that relate to each Chakra such as :

  • Yoga Asanas/Postures

  • Mudras/Hand Gestures

  • Psychological Aspects

The Principles of Yoga Course

An online course made up of five sessions.  Each session explores one of the principles of Scaravelli Yoga.  These principles will support you through gaining a greater understanding of the essence of yoga.

  • Finding space through the body

  • Connecting into your centre

  • Moving with the flow of your breath

  • Putting them all together

Yoga for Cyclists 

A 2 hour online workshop - Whilst cycling offers many health benefits, it also create tension and stiffness in the muscles of the legs, hips, back and shoulders.

During this workshop, you will be supported to:

  • Release the legs - hamstrings, quadriceps and the psoas muscle (hip flexor),

  • Bring more mobility to the spine and open the shoulders and chest.

This is a slow paced class, suitable for beginners to yoga.

Yoga for Healthy Backs

A 2hr online workshop -  Most people will suffer from back ache at some point in their life, whether you spend a lot of your time sat at a desk or standing on your feet, have poor posture or are recovering after a mild injury.

During this workshop you will be supported to:

  • Release the back with forward bends and twists,

  • Support the lower back by strengthening core muscles and

  • Free up chest and shoulders with gentle back bends.

Yoga postures are suitable for all and beginners are welcome.  Although if you are suffering from a serious back problem and find it difficult to lie or sit on the floor, please contact me first.

Yoga Nidra

A 3hr online workshop -  Discover the practice of Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation practice through relaxation.

Yoga Nidra is widely used therapeutically as a way to manage many conditions such as:

  • stress,

  • anxiety,

  • depression,

  • chronic pain and

  • insomnia.

In this workshop we will explore three types of yoga nidra meditations and body scan practices. This is a wonderful opportunity to slow yourself down, let yourself rest, and explore a new way of meditation which is effortless. Please have a blanket and a pillow with you to ensure you stay warm throughout.

Mind, Body Connection

A 3hr online workshop -  This workshop combines yoga (mindful movement) with some mindfulness-based techniques to explore and connect what is going on in the mind with that of the body.  

You will learn how to pause and feel into the body and then base your movement on what is showing up.  In this way you learn to listen to your body and work with it in a caring and responsive way.  Therefore, supporting you to soften, soothe and allow.

In this way you learn how to follow the breath, flow with that wavelike movement in a holistic and joined up manner. You are then able to move more softly, mindfully, and kind-fully taking care of your mind, body and heart.
