Mindful Yoga classes in Bristol

My Mindful Yoga classes take place in Bristol and online.

They are suitable for people of all ages and abilities as I adapt the poses to suit each body.  

Every body is unique and can gain from these classes.  

I teach using the mindfulness techniques of focusing on the breath and connecting the mind into the body.

The Autumn Term runs from 9th September until 13th December (No classes in half term breaks or 3rd October or 4th November)

 

All my classes follow the school term dates so I don't teach during the holidays and half term breaks.

Mindful Yoga 4 All Monday Evening Class

Mondays 6 - 7pm

Term time only

Currently:  Run via Zoom.  Please book via Eventbrite and you will be sent the Zoom Link.

Cost:

£99 for an eleven week block.

£11 per Drop In Class.

Mindful Yoga 4 All Class

Thursdays 9.30-10.45 am

Term Time only

At:  The Wild Goose Space, 228 Mina Road, St Werburghs Bristol BS2 9YP.

Cost: 

The cost is £120 for the 12 week term

or £12 drop in rate.

You can come along to try a session before you decide and the cost then is £12 per session.

This is a lovely venue nestled in the heart of St Werburghs, just round the corner from the Farm Pub and Cafe, as you enter the self build Yard.  It has underfloor heating and is very naturally lit.

​Restorative Yoga Class

I also run small restorative classes at my home. 

If you have a couple of friends who would like to practice together, please get in touch. 

​

I also run 1:1 Yoga Therapy Sessions at my house looking at specific needs/issues related to the body, stress, emotions etc.

Usually:  Run in person in my yoga space or via Zoom.  

You can buy these sessions for yourself or you might like to give them to a friend or loved one for a beautiful and nourishing Xmas or birthday gift.
