
I believe that every body can you do yoga and mindfulness. My classes are aimed most specifically for those who think "I can't do yoga" or who think "Im too old/big/stiff to do yoga" or "yoga & mindfulness just aren't for me"

I am based in the South of France and I run classes in person and online to those further afield. My classes are suitable for every body. I work with people of all ages and abilities. I like to adapt the poses (asanas) to ensure the essence of the pose remains intact, while bringing the most benefit to each participant at their level of ability.
