Due the the COVID 19 restrictions that are coming into force this week, I am moving ALL my yoga classes back onto Zoom as from 2nd November. This will be for the next 4 weeks until the 2nd December and will be reviewed then.

I am aware how challenging the COVID Lockdown restrictions can be for everyone and how we might be feeling a bit overloaded by online provision, but it is more important than ever to look after our mental and physical health and wellbeing. So please ensure you find a range of activities that serve you well in that regard, things you enjoy doing, you are good at, or that get you out and about in nature perhaps.
You can easily attend my sessions and not feel that you have to really look at the screen, but practice with your eyes closed, listening to the instructions and explore how that feels in your body.
Remember there is no right or wrong way to practice, this is simply an exploration of breath and body and how they can move each other.
