I am really pleased to be offering longer yoga workshops for further exploration of our bodies and minds and how the two work together. These workshops are being run at Bristol Folk House on Park Street.
We can get a lot from attending a weekly class, however spending a bit more time to explore more fully, ask questions, explore a particular theme that is of interest can be su beneficial and really spark an interest and therefore support practicing at home even more.
This summer I am running workshops on Healthy Backs, Wellbeing for the Whole Body and Yoga Nidra.
