The art of yoga is at the heart of yoga.  Our bodies are like a unique and exquisite instrument.  Exploring how they move is similar to playing different notes on that instrument.
Curiously placing fingers, toes, limbs, moving with the breath is like experimenting with the tone, volume, pitch etc. In this way our practice can become more like a meditative dance where the breath, body, mind and soul are interconnected and we become more in tune with our relationship with the ground as well as the energy from the earth.
I enjoy all aspects of yoga, the philosophy, breathing practices, meditation, postures and Yoga Nidra and I use a variety of these aspects when working both in a group setting and on a one to one basis.  
I enjoy working with individuals assisting with specific health related issues where I believe that through becoming more aware of the alignment of body, the breath and through adapted, restful poses, the body can begin to heal itself from pain and disease that results from continued stress and strain.​
